The Parrish Group, Inc. was incorporated in 1995 as a capital management and investment company. Since then we have grown to developing subdivisions for custom built homes, modular homes and manufactured homes (mobile homes) in Laurens County, Washington County, Toombs County, and Montgomery County.

While we have sold out of some of our subdivisions, we still have homesites available in all four counties. Almost all of our lots are at least one acre. We also have isolated parcels of land ranging from three acres to 112 acres.

We are a licensed manufactured home and modular home dealer and represent several manufacturers, including Adrian Homes, and Cavalier Homes.   We specialize in "turn-key" Land/Home Packages, which includes the home, land, and all the related items.

We often purchase pre-owned homes of all types for resale.  Also, for those customers who have not already selected a builder, we can put them in contact with quality home builders in any of the counties where we own land.

We feel our prices are below market. Whether you are looking for a homesite in a subdivision, or a larger parcel, we probably have just the place you want.
